What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing, Hoarse Voice, Clogged Ears And Fatigue?

I have a hard time swallowing, my voice is hoarse, my ears are clogged feeling, tired all the time, lots of water retention, muscle cramps, muscles and bones feel weak, I have a small lump in the middle of the bottom of my throat, with longer lumps on both sides of that at the bottom of my neck. Is this all thyroid issues or can it be something else??
