What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing Saliva?

I have been having trouble swallowing my saliva but NOT food since March of this year.. I ve had an endoscopy done nothing was wrong.. Also had an ultrasound of my thyroid again no problem.. Also had a swallow test done they said nothing as well.. Could you please help it s not painful but very annoying. Also my tongue seems bigger but it really isn t?

Consult an ENT specialist and plan for a scopy.

We have to rule out possible causes like a lump in the throat.
