Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Multiple sclerosis of MS is disorder which causes loss of myelin sheath around nerves in brain.
The disorder is probably not associated with difficulty in swallowing solid and liquids.
Crohns disease affects the small and large intestine and it is also not associated with difficulty in swallowing.
I suggest you to consult your gastroenterologist for clinical assessment and upper gastrointestinal tract endoscopy to examine the esophagus and the stomach.
Difficulty in swallowing is often associated with disorder of esophagus like esophageal spam, esophageal webs, growth etc.

Thanks and take care
