What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing While On Xeloda?

I am on Xeloda, have stage 4 colon cancer in my liver. I have had no side effects from the chemo until this week (started taking beginning of January). I am taking Sofran for the nausea. But today the food just won t go down, eating hardly anything, and I would love to throw up but can t, and it feels as if the food is backed up all the way into my throat. I m afraid I should go to the ER but don t want to - have a commitment tomorrow morning. Help. Oh - YYYY@YYYY

these are side effect of chemotherapy. have to consult oncologist.nasal feeding has to be done.if there is increased problem the x-ray therapy can be taken with recomandation of oncologist in place of chemotherapy.
