What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing?

I have been having a hard time swallowing my doctor thought it was my starship so he gave me adavan and told me to cut my meds in half I did still having a hard time eating so I drank a glass of milk with protein powder in it and took my adavan right after that I started to this up why

Hi,

Difficulty in swallowing could be due to throat infection or oesophagal cancer. Would advise you to do upper GI Endoscopy. Also so warm saline gargle and take Paracetamol.
