What Causes Difficulty In Throat While Swallowing?

About 5 days ago I started having a hard time swallowing. My throat hurts inside, and when I turn my neck it feels sore. My glands are swollen too. My mouth is in alot of pain, the roof feels rough and hurts when I eat. There are sores in my mouth and on my lips, one broke and off white, yellowy puss came out. I am dizzy, have headaches and have completely lost all apetite for food and water... whats wrong with me?
