What Causes Difficulty In Understanding While Reading?

I have a difficuilty understanding when I am reading, I do not undersand what the sentence means even though I know what each word means. When I speak the words I want to say come out wrong, I may miss a word or put them the wrong way around. I find it hard to express what I want to say, more so in written form. When I have an idea it takes me alot of concentration to be able to write it down and it often takes me multiple goes as it will come out wrong and I cant figure out how to correct it. I also mis-spell things all the time. I am 20 and have noticed that it has been getting progressivly worse over the last 3 years since i ve been at university.

As per my clinical experience, the difficulty in understanding the sentences while reading is in concern with the problems at association areas of hearing at cerebral cortex level (usually dominant parietal). It is best recommended to consult an expert neurophysician in this regard as this is absolutely not normal and has to be treated in best possible way.
