What Causes Difficulty In Urinating And Pressure In The Bladder?

I have mild bladder prolapse as well as lumbar strain injury with left side sciatica. I had Bladder retention Dec 20, 2016; after Foley cath for a month it was taken out on Jan 31, 2017. No problems till today I suddenly lost Bladder control at 12:45 pm. I haven t been able to urinate since and am having pressure and fullness with occasional cramping.

Hello,
If you are unable to pass urine I advice you to go to the hospital immediately. They would pass a Foley cath to relieve your symptoms.
