What Causes Difficulty In Urinating?

It seems as though I have difficulty with urination, sometimetimes it feels as though it does not want to come out and sometimes a normal stream and then like a spray, I have to strain at times when I feel like I have to go but it does not come out, what do you think and thank you

thanks for posting your query to HCM . ther are so many causes for difficulty in urination . It differ among different age group.In old age prostatic hypertrophy is common cause or there may be some obstruction to flow .I suggest you to consult a Urosurgeon and investigate completely .
