What Causes Difficulty In Walking After Spinal Tuberculosis Treatment?

hi doctor. my mother was diagnosd Spinal Tubclusis 2 years ago. she took medicines for 23 months and after that doctor checked her again and wrote some tests and found there is no more disease.. now the problem is that my mother cant walk well. i mean she walk but with the help of walking stand but feel too much pain in legs and in spine... please give me a good and effective advise
