What Causes Difficulty In Wrist Movement?

Hi, i am experiencing difficulties in rotating both of my wrists. Getting thing like change is embarrassing! If i hold my arms out with palms down and try and turn my hands i can only make about 90 degrees like making a handshake). Have you any ideas what it could be?
