What Causes Difficulty In Writing, Tiredness And Lack Of Concentration?

i am unable to write words easily, i feel tiredness or something uncomfortable in my arm around elbow, i can't concentrate any subject for a long. i feel nervous when i face new things.Memory is very good but due to these reasons i am unable to achieve good results.
