What Causes Difficulty Urinating With Small Output And The Need To Strain?

i have a problem urinating where it feels like i got alot to urinate but only small amounts come out and i need to press hard to get it out, and when i stop trying some more comes out that i wasnt able to get out. it feels very simular to trying to pee while you have an erection
