What Causes Difficulty Walking, Slurred Speech And Mood Swings?

hi..my name is navroop. my mother is 45yrs of age and she is facing alot of problem in her health. she cannot walk without any support. she is not able to speak properly as her tongue gets rolled and she got angry with all of family members she can do anything. she use speak rubbish to all of us. she always use to fight with all of us. she is having this problem from last 6 yrs. and also her mother was having the same problem.
