What Causes Difficulty While Urinating Post Suffering A Heart Stroke?

Hi, my husband had a heart attack a week ago. He is at home recovering, has been advised that there was no damage to his heart, and that he had to rest/take the medication etc. as advised. However, he has suffered the following several times: He has found it extremely difficult to urinate (says it`s as if there is a blockage). When he pushes to urinate, he begins to sweat and then finds it difficult to breath (he says it`s as if his airways are blocked) and he cannot breath. During this episode the muscles loosen and his urine is released and he is unable to stop it. About a minute or two after this he appears to be, and feels perfectly fine. What could be causing this? Could it be the medication? If not, what

Hi,

It can be anxiety induced panic attack. So if anxiety history present than mention it also in clinical history. However, the urological problem has to be ruled out through detailed physical examination and ultrasonography pelvis.

Kindly mention which drug he is taking to give further comment.
