What Causes Digestive Issues And Headache Despite A Normal Thyroid Report?

I have been tested for hypothyroidism but my results were within a normal range. I am active, eat a very clean diet and have gained 20l-25bs in the last 3 years. While actively trying to lose weight. My doctor does not seem concerned about this. I am very concerned as I am now 25-30lb over weight. I have digestive issues and constant brain fog/tension headaches now. And still no weight loss. Does this sound like a thyroid issue or something else?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The only option to rule out the thyroid disease is to get done the thyroid hormone test and if this is the turned normal then it can not be the thyroid dysfunction, here in this case the main cause could be the stress and try to come out this, follow the regular exercise cut down the high calorie diet, low down the stress, stop worrying.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
