What Causes Digit Tips Numbness, Tingling With Pain And Aches?

hi about 6 months ago the tips of my fingers and toes ( more serious in finger tips ) started to go ice cold, my tips of toes get that cold they start to hurt . my fingertips go colder than my toes and one finger in particular will start to tingle and slightly throb and feel quite wam when i compare the heat of this finger it is actually the coldest finger of them all and now my knucles on my 2 middle fingers constantly ache, i have become very clumsy and extremly forgetful
