What Causes Digits Pain With Burning Sensations?

My toes are blue and very cold. Painful burning feeling, sometimes and it makes it painful to walk. Not constant though. Had an EKG and Ankle Brachial, and was told there was good blood flow. Now looking at a possible inflammatory disorder .. blood tests were done. What are your thoughts? This has been constant the last 2 months.
