I wake up in the morning with dialated nd reds eyes. the eyes seem to be protruding. as the day goes on it goes away. this has been happening every morning when I get up. whats causing this? I was at eye dr. last week. I told him and he said just eye strain.
If you do work in a desk and in front of the computer for long time during the day, then your symptoms are due to eye strain. This is true as it has been confirmed by your eye specialist.
You should take some simple steps to alleviate the symptoms: - work on the computer for 20 mins, take 20 seconds of the break, stare at 20 feet distance - blink your eyes often to moinsten - check the lighting - adjust the monitor and screen setting
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
