What Causes Discharge From Swollen Clitoris?

I had a swollen clitoris, so I squeezed and lots of yellow discharge came out. I had a lot of sex last weekend and I am thinking it was an infection from not peeing or showering after. I rid it of the puss but it's still really sensitive. I had an STD test a few months back as well as an ultra sound and everything checked out. My partner has not changed and we are faithful to eachother.
