What Causes Discharge From Vagina Along With Rashes And Itching On It?

hi am a 2o yr old n my v. Sometimes produces discharge wich has some oduor, the discharge comes in different colours, may be white, sometimes yellow, grey, sometimes it is reddish, and sometimes the v. Has small rashes which itch. What may be causing this?
