What Causes Discharge Like Jelly 6 Weeks After Child Birth?

I'm almost six weeks postpartum with my second child. I had a repeat ceserean and a tubal ligation. I've noticed the last two times that I've urinated, a jelly like discharge. The most recent time it was a big glob that came out and it was a very light brown color. Should I be worried or is this normal?
