What Causes Discharge Of Black Smelly Clots After Abortion?

l had an arbortion 3wks ago, lm due for a review but a week ago l started passing black smelly clots. often my bleeding can increase only for about three hours but it will be a blood colour then it goes back to being black again. lm scared that l might have an infection. is this normal or l need to see a Dr straight away.
