What Causes Discharge Of Brownish Lump?

I am on the pill Yasmin and I have a week left to take before my 7 day break and I've started to bleed brown ish stuff and today I went to the toilet, and a small lump the size of a tampon came out. After looking at it, it was fleshy rather than bloody. What could this be or mean?
