hello doctor, i am a young boy age of 22 but i have a problem i am discharging when i am sleeping but feel not discharging when i am doing sex with girl i am going fell pressurize and my penis is not feel for discharging plz dr kindly give me advise

I really appreciate your concern and from the history given here I could say that, this is nocturnal ejaculation and this is physiological phenomenon and this common in young men and this is nothing to worry, do no try to compare this with your ideas and thinking this would make you more disturb, take care and have nice day.
