What Causes Disclouration Of Penis Head?

Hi I have a discolored penis head and one slightly raised splotch idk if it s an STI I m very nervous I have had unprotected sex with only one person recently and oral from another. Neither looked to have any signs of STIs. I never really noticed but could it be from years of masturbation without lubrication.
