Hi,

It suggests the possibility of:
- Varicose veins.

Symptoms: pain in calf muscles muscle, tenderness and discoloration which worsens on standing.

Causes: prolonged standing and hormonal changes if you are female or genetics. I don't know precisely about your job, gender and age.

Still, as per your chief complaint, it is a case of varicose veins. This can lead to deep venous thrombosis and problems in the heart.

I, therefore, recommend you please visit a nearby hospital particularly department of surgery so that it can be treated.

Regards,
Dr. Soheel Hussain Zargar,
