What Causes Discoloration Around The Anus?

While taking intimate photos of my rectal area I noticed that the skin of my anus and the surrounding g tissue is almost black and very dry looking. It is very ugly to look at. Can I use organic Apple cider vinegar what to lighten it or even baking soda? Should i see a doctor? At least colonoscopy I was told I had a very large internal hemmorid. I also have many many polyps in my stomach. Could this be the cause of discoloration?

It may be a cause of your black colour.

fungal infections also cause colour change.
