What Causes Discoloration Around The Genitals, Penis And Inner Thighs?

Male age 36.... I have noticed a discoloration around my genitals and penis.. VERY SLIGHT but in the mirror more noticeable and its a yellow hue like a baby with how do you spell it jaundice ? it s just a discoloration around the testicles, inner thigh in that area and shaft of the penis but not the head.. I have always had a darker purple colored head of the penis but I noticed this dis coloring for a long time now.. but have been checked out a few times over the years, my wife and I had the clap about 3 years ago but both of us treated.. any help ?

Well, it is difficult to arrive at a diagnosis without proper examination being conducted in a day light.
However, it appears that you have some sort of depigmentation around the areas described with out any history of drugs like corticosteroids, etc. This could be a suspected vitili
