What Causes Discoloration Around The Groin And Spots On The Inner Thigh?

I ve recently discovered some blotches of skin discolouration on both groins, a few small spots on my inner thigh and on my outer labia. They have been there for about 4 weeks. They look like they could be bruises, but I don t think they are. The month of September was brutally hot and daily, I wore a dress with shorts with spandex. Could I have gotten a fungal infection? It never got rashy but in the groin it was itchy. I also take digestive enzymes that warn to stop taking at least two weeks before an operation because it thins the blood. I did use anti fungal cream (clotrimazole 1%), as recommended by a pharmacist. There s no more itching but the skin is still discoloured.
