What Causes Discoloration In Buttocks When Stretched?

When stretched (by hand is the only observation type so far), the skin around the anus becomes a deep purple in some areas, the purple spreads and can be seen spreading though does not exceed 1-2 cm from the hole itself. There is no pain, swelling, bleeding or discomfort of any kind (these are symptoms of hemmroids) Once relaxed, the anus will return to its original normal colour

Hi

Some degree of peri anal pigmentation is normal .Only if you have any associated itching or discomfort ,it could be suggestive of an infection.
