What Causes Discoloration In The Middle Of Chest Area?

Hello im concern in between the middle of my chest i have really dark at first i though it was dirt but as i rubbed it The more it would get red and if idid it harder i would bleed . What is this i remenver getting this when i was pregnat of my 1 st child after i had him it went away .
