What Causes Discoloration Of Hair Followed By Blindness N Left Eye?

Hi, my boyfriend has a patch of hair that has discolored since friday. Its aprox 1 cm in diameter and circular. 2 days before he had an episode of blindness in his left eye and strong headaceh which continued until the next day. I took him to take a CT to rule out neuro problem. The CT was negative, and Ophtha exam was also unremarkable. I dont know if theres any relatión between that event and the discolored hair patch? If it is an unrlated event, what condition can that be?

hair discoloration and loss of vision are not related. total eye examination can establish the cause of blind ness.it can be ischemia, venous or atrial occlusion. can be retinal detachment. it can be one of these reason.
