What Causes Discoloration Of Lips And Light Headedness During Pregnancy?
Im 7 months pregnant and have noticed that my lips have turned purple. Im always feeling faint and light headed. One major think that scares me the most is that i can be doing absolutely nothing and all of a sudden my heart will start beating super fast like ive just finished running a lap or something and it will literally last ALL day. Can you explain what this could possibly be?

The symptoms seem to be related to anemia which is very common during pregnancy. I suggest to do a complete blood count, ferritin and sideremia level to confirm the diagnosis and take proper treatment.
