What Causes Discoloration Of Skin Along With Rashes Under The Arm Of A Child?

Hello, I have a five year who is slightly over weight , i like to say chunky, she has red pimple like rash under her arm pits and has had them for a couple of years. They get worse in summer when she sweats and has developed slightly darker skin. What can i do to help her?

I really appreciate your concern, this could be infective boils if this is chronic one then it need to be clinically examined till then it can be managed with "Ibuprofen" in syrup base and dose need to be adjusted according to weight hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
