What Causes Discoloration Of Skin At The Thigh And The Groin?
A few months ago, I (female, 50 yrs) noticed a circular light brownish skin discoloration at the juntcure of my
left thigh and groin area at the bikini line. It is not raised, just a round discolored circle about less than 1 inch
diameter. No dryness, itching, ,, same as rest of skin just light brownish color..any ideas? thanks

You might have developed fungal infection.
The area of groin around labia is very moist and is prone to develop these infections.
Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals.
Various antifungal powders like candid are availabe.
These can help reduce the moisture as well as control the infection.
Please dont use any steroid, it can worsen your condition
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
