What Causes Discoloration Of The Arms?
today my daughter put a heart moniter on her wrist for the first time in PE, Within minutes both her arms turned blueish green. She took the wrist monitor off right away That was about ten hours ago and her elbows and inside upper arms are still discolored

She needs colour doppler study of blood vessels as it may be due to a blood clot. Otherwise, do not rub or heat the affected part.
