Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Perhaps it is a dermatitis. Dry skin is a precipitating factor. I suggest you to use an intensive moisturizer, regularly. Over that you may apply a moderately potent topical steroid e.g Mometasone Furoate for dry, itchy patches, if any. In addition you may take an oral antihistamine e.g Tab Cetrizine once a day for symptomatic relief from itching. These are prescription drugs and I advice you to use them under supervision of your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
