What Causes Discoloration On Legs Along With A Cold Feeling?

I recently noticed that both of my legs are discolored at the top and feel cold. no pain but an ache. I thought maybe it was winter weather. I am 69, female, take meds for high blood pressure, chlosteral issues . not sure what is going on. don t recall having this before.

do elevate ur legs during sleep
