What Causes Discoloration On Penis Head?

Hi there, I recently found out on my penis head there s a small patch lighter colour compare with surroundings. It s round and not itchy or painful or anything. Hardly seen when hard. I m uncut, what is this? I googled it but seems can t find answer. Thank you very much, J

small patch over penis head, with no pain or itching may be due to light injury during intercourse. so injury part becomes hard to surround but it does not produce any pain and also there is no itching. so my advise is to not worry about it. if you develops pain or itching then surely consult a doctor otherwise no need to worry.
