What Causes Discolored Spots On The Penis Head?

There is some discolored areas on the head of my penis, and while they don't itch or hurt at all, it has me worried as they have only recently appeared. It wasn't until after having a vigorous night of sex with my girlfriend that I noticed them because we had unprotected sex and my penis felt like it was rubbed raw from all of the friction caused by intercourse. The discolored spots are not raised nor have they changed sized. What could this possibly be?

HI
Because of the friction this may be the case of your lesion of penis and this can be best managed with any soothing agent and silver sulfadiazine would be the right choice for this, and for further precaution better to use lubrication, hope this would helps.
