What Causes Discomfort Along With Tingling In The Urethra?

i m a 16 year old female and for the past 3 days i ve had a weird tingling feeling in the clitoris and maybe urethra. it is very uncomfortable. i went to see my doctor and they said it doesn t look like a uti and i m really scared and don t know what it is. nothing helps and it s like a constant strange hard to describe feeling.

If you have lower back pain or stiffness then undergo MRI lumbar spine .
As it may be nerve radiculopathy .
Sleep on hard bed .
Take any over the counter multivitamins containing methylcobalamin and pregabalin .
