What Causes Discomfort And Bloating In The Stomach?

i have discomfort,and a bloated feeling in my upper right stomach that radiates to my back, Some food makes it worse (pizza) hen i put pressure on the area it helps but never goes away. FYI my dad died of pancreatic cancer. Are these signs? What are the normal diagnostic steps (i just recently had an mri but dont have the results back yet.

Hi,

They do not reflect any pancreatic pathology. Hope your MRI is normal. If so, endoscopy might be needed. Avoid heavy foods, junk, carbonated drinks, tea, coffee. Increase physical activity.
