What Causes Discomfort And Pain In The Chest Post Food Intake?

I just noticed today that whenever I eat, it hurts in my chest area. It feels like I am eating fast and I can literally feel the food going down. That makes me feel uneasy. Swallowing liquid is the same thing. Sometimes when I breath or lay down, I feel the same sensation. What causes this feeling?

1. Do an endoscopy to ruled out GERD and stricture
2. Correct Anemia
