What Causes Discomfort And Pain In The Testicles?

My 12 year old son is feeling a slight squeezing to one of his testicles. But, has no swelling, bruising, bleeding, redness or high temperature? He claims it is just slight pain. But, more annoying than anything else? Can you possibly identify what this could be please? He has had it on and off now for 2 days?

Consult a general surgeon and get an ultrasound Doppler to rule out possibilities like torsion and epididymitis.
