What Causes Discomfort And Tiredness In Foot And Toe With Tingling?

Hi I have always had weak feet. My feet tend to get tired really easily. Off late I have been experiencing a discomfort and a tingling pain in the centre of my foot. The pain feels like it is coming from a bone on the upper part of the toe .... think its metatarsal pain ...the discomfort is a lot can you please help ...what should I do????
