What Causes Discomfort And Warm Sensation On Shin?

have discomfort on right shin ...slight warmth. Don t recall any injury, however, did recently change shoes but only right shin pain, not left. Could it still be shin splints? Occupation requires alot of standing, walking..And if shin splints, what can I do to speed the healing along...

in my opinion you may be suffering from stress fracture that is common in the work culture you are into.
i would advise you to take rest, crepe bandage and volini or moov spray to be used locally.
get an X ray done for the confirmation of diagnosis
