What Causes Discomfort Around The Waist & Upper Thigh?

hi there...i had a laparotomy around july last year...the operation was successful and i was back at work within 60 days...i have such a hectic job i am a state attorney and work long hours...it is winter now in my country and very cold.

every morning when i wake up i am so fine but as soon as i bath and step out in the open air when changing or walk around the house i start feeling discomfort around my waist area and upper thigh and somewher near the periannal area,

i feel the urge to go to the toilet and when i do i get some relief or when i release some gas but it can be quite uncomfortable

i also feel some relief when i use a hot water bootle om my back and on my frontal area...is this normal ..like a side effect of the operation...i have heard women talking about this kind of discomfort when its cold .

what would you recommend
