Hello,

I have read your problem and can well understand your level of discomfort.

In your case, I suggest you have laxatives and fiber-rich foods. Also, drink more water.

I would like to ask you these questions:

1. What kind of discomfort you feel after eating? Heartburn, stomach cramps, etc.
2. Do you feel very hard to expel stool?
3. Do you go to the bathroom at a fixed time?
4. I also want to know your weight and height.
5. Do you feel incomplete emptying after you come out from the bathroom?
6. Is there other symptoms like headache, bloating, fatigue, etc?

I suggest the followings:

- Regular exercise for example swimming walks
- Increase the content of fiber in food, choose higher fiber cereals and legumes
- Desist from waiting or holding in the urge to defecate
- Avoid processed or fast foods, white bread, doughnuts, pastries
- Drink more fluids, especially water
- Eat more fruits as they help relieve constipation. For those with edible skins, do not peel them as they are rich in fiber.

You can also take this Buy MiraLAX powder (Polyethylene Glycol powder for solution).

- stir and dissolve one packet of powder (17 g) in any 4 to 8 ounces of beverage (cold, hot or room temperature) then drink
- Use once a day
- Use For 5 days
After using this, please post another question with the answers to the above questions which are crucial for a doctor to guide him to provide you proper treatment.

Feel free to assist you further. Do not worry.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
