What Causes Discomfort During Urination?

Hi, I went to an Urologist for a feeling a little uncomfort while urinate. My doctor advised some medicine and for an ultrasonograph of abdomen. Urinating problem cured by taking citrus syrup. But in the ultrasonograph a 0.26 cm size Polyp is noticed in the gallbladder (inside wall). How much risky is that polyp?
